is the home of Carp Fishing in France, a holiday destination located on the borders of Ille-et-Vilaine (Brittany) and Mayenne (Pays de la Loire) where you will find our mature, 3 acre carp lake and the superb accommodation in the lakeside gite, all offered exclusively so that you can relax and pursue those carp catching dreams. The lake is surrounded by trees and abundant wildlife and behind the gite is a meadow leading to a small wood. It has been enjoyed by parties of carp anglers, often accompanied by their families, for many years.
has been in existence for hundreds of years, originally quarried to supply granite for the construction of the church and houses in the local village. It is a mature, river fed lake and at 3 acres is stocked with about 250 mirrors, commons and a few ghost koi up to the lake record of a 62lb mirror. Fishing, for a maximum of 4 anglers, is from 4 double swims and a stalking point on the far bank, a single swim near the gite and along the dam wall. Paths around the lake have been levelled to provide suitable access for disabled anglers.
is a fully equipped gite at the side of the lake which can sleep up to 10. It contains a fully fitted kitchen/dining room, a spacious living room, a first floor bathroom, a ground floor shower room and three double bedrooms. A masonry, charcoal BBQ is situated in one area of the garden where you will also find a picnic table beneath an old apple tree and there is a splash pool in another area, which is available when weather permits. Facilities within the gite have been provided for the disabled angler.
